“The ACWB (Active Coagulation Whole Blood) clot treatment was found to be safe and effective in complex wounds that failed to progress with other advanced treatments. The direct contact of the ACWB clot with the entirety of the wound surface area holds a great benefit and a more efficient healing treatment approach to the chronic wound, especially when the wound contains deep areas, crevices, and tunneling.”

” As a humanitarian aid, Delta Med Medical Center was provided with the medical device ActiGraph for the treatment of incurable wounds. During clinical use in the period from March to May 2022, the medical device accelerated the healing of wounds of various etiologies and improved the results of treatment of patients with post-burn, post-traumatic infected wounds; provided healing of trophic ulcers of the lower extremities due to diabetes, peripheral circulatory disorders; wound defects due to chemotherapy and radiological treatment.
The advantages of the medical device include ease of use, speed of application (up to 15 minutes), availability of all necessary consumables, reduction of the burden on medical staff (bandage is changed once every 3 days), mobility and no need to hospitalize patients.
In view of the above, Delta Med Medical Center recommends the use of the medical device ActiGraph as an effective treatment for difficult-to-heal wounds of various etiologies.”
